Loans are made by our private capital partners under their own underwriting standards.

Claremont's services and lending-partner network are for business-purpose, non-owner-occupied investment property loans only. We do not place loans for primary residences, second homes, vacation homes, owner-occupied dwellings, or any consumer-purpose financing. By engaging with us, you represent that you are seeking financing for an investment property that you will not occupy as a primary or secondary residence for more than fourteen (14) days in any twelve-month period.

Compensation disclosure.

Claremont is compensated by the funding lender at closing on a transaction basis. Claremont's compensation will be disclosed in writing to the borrower prior to closing. We do not collect any advance fee from borrowers prior to loan closing.

Geographic scope.
